During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, many individuals faced challenges in pursuing their goals and recognizing and celebrating their achievements. The year 2020 was particularly tough, and reflecting on one’s goals and achievements proved to be a daunting task.
To help with this, I aimed to develop a series of reflection exercises that acknowledged and respected the plans and goals individuals had set for themselves. These exercises would provide a platform to recall the unfulfilled plans while also celebrating any accomplishments, no matter how small, that were achieved despite the adversities.
